November news

November is fast becoming a busy month for Safe Workforce Solutions (SWS), as they are quickly becoming recognised as a ‘go to’ company for all aspects of Fire Safety and First Aid training requirements.

November News

In early November, SWS are training First Aid at Work in Chelmsford to staff from the countries largest independent veterinary group. The course has been tailored to reflect the needs of the company and their risk profile and is part of an ongoing safety review that the company is undertaking. SWS have played a key part in this review.

SWS charity work continues at the Shire Hall in Howden where, post fire safety audit, Fire Marshal Training will be being delivered and prioritised actions arising from the audit will be completed and signed off.

Preparations are underway for an ‘Open’ Emergency First Aid course that will be held on December the 5th in Howden. The course covers basic life saving skills including CPR, safe use of an AED, dealing with a Heart attack and choking amongst other skills. The course is open to the public and businesses and costs £50 inc VAT. For this you will receive a certificate, a First Aid ID Card and an Emergency First Aid good practice guide.
