Fire Risk Assessment

Fire Risk Assessment. How much will it cost me?

Fire Risk Assessment prices quoted are estimates and may vary (up or down) depending on the risk profile of your business free-no-obligation-quote

Small Simple low risk premises such as offices & shops from £199+VAT
Medium sized businesses over multiple levels, Bars, Restaurants & Clubs from £399 +VAT
Hotels, Schools & Care homes from £399 + VAT

What do I get for my money & do I need a fire risk assessment?

For the price we quote, you will receive a fire safety inspection, a fire risk assessment, an easy to understand action plan, emergency escape plans and an emergency service pack.

You’re responsible for fire safety in business or other non-domestic premises if you’re an employer, the owner, the landlord, an occupier or anyone else with control of the premises, eg a facilities manager, building manager, managing agent or risk assessor.

As the responsible person you must carry out and regularly review a fire risk assessment of the premises. This will identify what you need to do to prevent fire and keep people safe. You must keep a written record of your fire risk assessment if your business has 5 or more people.

The Fire Safety Order also applies if you have paying guests, eg if you run a bed and breakfast, guesthouse or let a self-catering property.
